Phase One
Yarn Production Stage

– The production line is operating at full capacity.

Phase Two
The Spinning and Weaving Stage
Note:
– The looms are loaded with the required manufactured yarns to complete the production process.
– Weaving is carried out by highly skilled specialists and technicians.
– Work is performed with speed and precision under constant supervision.
Phase Three
Printing stage
Materials used in production:
1. Inks or dyes (in various colors)
2. Thinner

Phase Four
The Lamination Stage

1. Packaging: Woven bags are customized according to customer preferences.
2. Accuracy: We ensure compliance with the required packaging weight and maintain high quality.
Phase Five
The cutting stage
Materials used:
1-Silk thread (scissors thread)
Cutting machines for bags
Note:
1- The cutting stage is performed according to the specified dimensions based on customer preferences
2- Cutting is carried out in accordance with standard specifications and criteria that meet the required and agreed-upon specifications.
3- Once the cutting process is complete, the process moves on to the final stage to complete the product.
phase Six
Stapling Stage (Stapler)
Materials used:
1-Plastic sheeting
Pressing machine (press)
Note:
2-500 bags. Bundle the bags into a package containing
Seal the package with plastic strapping to prevent loss of contents.
3-The packages are now ready for the post-production stage (sales stage).
